1. Introduction
Welcome to Titans BC (the “Website”). By accessing and using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of Website
You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only.

3. Intellectual Property
The Website and all its content are the property of Titans BC or its licensors.

Rules – I will follow and be bound by the constitution and rules of Titans Blind Cricket. I accept that failure to do so may lead to expulsion.

Indemnity
By accessing and using the Website, and by participating in any Titans BC activities, including but not limited to playing cricket, training sessions, and events, you hereby indemnify and hold harmless Titans BC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, against any and all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, arising out of or related to any injury, illness, or damage that you may incur while participating in any Titans BC activities.

This indemnity includes, but is not limited to, any injury, illness, or damage that may occur while traveling to or from Titans BC events or activities, while being transported by Titans BC, or while participating in any Titans BC training sessions or events. I accept that should a need arrise to be sent to hospital, I will be sent to Steve Bhiko in Pretoria or the nearest available hospital. This will be at the players cost.

Titans BC Player Information Form

1. Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that the Player Information Form is filled out accurately and completely.

2. Submission
By submitting the Player Information Form via WhatsApp, you confirm that the form has been filled out by a responsible adult, and you authorize Titans BC to rely on the information provided.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Titans BC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
